A dynamic and accomplished Information Technology Security leader with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. With a track record of driving positive change within Fortune 500 companies, he is currently serving as the Cyber Leader for Royal Caribbean Group. In this role, Jason takes charge of both shoreside and shipboard cyber security, overseeing information technology, the internet of things, entertainment technology, and operational technology assets.

Jason's extensive technology and cyber experience encompass various sectors, including financial services, government, media and entertainment, and telecommunications. He has held prominent positions such as Director of Information Security Risk Management at Discovery Inc, Director of Operational Risk Management at Scripps Networks Interactive, and Communications Officer In Charge for the Oklahoma Air National Guard. Additionally, he spent over 17 years at BOK Financial Inc., where he steadily climbed the ladder from Systems Engineer to Vice President of Operational Risk Management. 

A skilled leader adept at navigating evolving business landscapes, Jason takes immense pride in his ability to motivate and inspire greatness in his teams. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded transformative initiatives, fostering organizational change and maturity. By aligning his team's strategic mission with business priorities and goals, Jason consistently achieves outstanding results. His approach emphasizes sustainable processes, promoting continued high performance and collaboration within his teams.

Jason's exceptional leadership and contributions have earned him recognition as a leader among leaders, acknowledged by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 2014. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is deeply committed to making a positive impact in his community. Jason has served on nonprofit boards, including the Disaster Resilience Network and the Disaster Resistant Business Council, where his expertise helped small business businesses drive resiliency in the face of natural disasters. Additionally, he finds fulfillment in volunteering for various organizations, such as the United Way and is dedicated to supporting autistic youth and veterans.

Outside of work, Jason cherishes his roles as a husband and father to two adult children. Splitting his time between South Florida and NE Oklahoma, he enjoys pursuing his passion for golf and, amusingly, being the tallest guy in the room.
